About Val Stark Green

Val Stark Green is a teacher, painter, and guide who has spent decades exploring the inner landscape of human experience. His work is rooted in a simple conviction: most of what we call our "problems" dissolve the moment we look at them with clear, unhurried attention.

The No Problems Approach grew out of years of personal inquiry, therapeutic work, and his own art practice — an invitation for anyone willing to slow down and look honestly at the beliefs and reactions quietly shaping their lives.

The Four Pillars of the NPA
👁
Awareness Without Judgment
Seeing what's happening in the mind and body without immediately labeling it good or bad. The observer notices; the observer does not condemn.
🌊
Inquiry Over Assumption
Every emotional reaction is an invitation to ask a real question. Is this belief actually true? What would I notice if it weren't?
🌱
Acceptance as a Starting Point
Accepting what is doesn't mean approving of it. It means seeing it clearly — which is the only ground from which anything actually changes.
✨
Presence as the Return
All roads lead back to this moment. Peace is never somewhere in the future; it's available wherever attention rests and thinking settles.

"You don't have to fix yourself. You have to see yourself — and in that seeing, something in you already knows what to do."
